Problem
Course payments went through a manager and scattered links, while the schedule lived in spreadsheets. Students got confused, and some payments fell through on the manual steps.
Solution
We launched a Next.js student portal with schedule, progress and payments via YooKassa, and moved the content into Payload. The path from picking a course to paying became seamless — and conversion grew.
